With over 13 years of experience in higher education and student affairs, I have a proven track record of creating a safe, secure, welcoming, and engaging living environment for our students. My role also involves providing strategic leadership and training to student clubs and advisors, helping to foster the next generation of leaders.My passion lies in creating unique opportunities for students—opportunities they might not have otherwise encountered—while fostering their growth and development as future leaders. I hold a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice with a concentration in digital and cyber forensics. This strong educational background, coupled with my commitment to lifelong learning, drives me to maintain a growth mindset and continually seek out new challenges and learning opportunities.In addition to my leadership skills, I am highly skilled in working with a vast array of technology platforms, leveraging my knowledge to enhance operational efficiency and drive student engagement. From student information systems to event management software, I adeptly integrate new technologies into existing frameworks, ensuring smooth transitions and providing the necessary training and support to maximize their effectiveness.
