As a Sports Management student, I believe that sport has the power to make a difference in everyday life to all individuals no matter what age. I've had a passion for the sports since my first time watching a Toronto Maple Leaf game and since then expanded my interests in all other sports. I try my best to be active in all the sports, to learn how to play the game and have grown an interest into the business side of sports. Currently, I am working at the Bowlerama franchise located in Rexdale. My responsibilities include - Inventory - Cash Handling - Providing customer service to all consumers - Key holder Through this job, I am able to develop some transferable skills such as organization, communication, and decision making skills. In the long term, my goals is to be involved with a sport organization, preferably with Maple Leafs Sports and Entertainment or Rogers Communications with the Toronto Blue Jays. As much as I have a passion for both organizations and the product they put on for the fans, it's the business side of both organizations that I would like to get into. I have an interest at getting to know how both organizations operate from media aspect to the marketing. They are the two major corporations in Canada and to be a part of it would be an honour.
