Supervised and planned the maintenance of the squadron to meet operational demands.Often put in charge to lead a small group of Maintainers to fix discrepancies of our aircraft due to operational use and ensuring that said aircraft was returned back to flight.Released aircraft Safe for Flight by directing and supervising maintainers to perform daily inspections and reviewing aircraft data books.Awarded a Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal during the CNAF inspection due to my program as the Technical Directive Time Compliant Coordinator receiving zero discrepancies.Received a Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal due to my service while stationed with VMFA-314.

Assisted with the initial startup of VMFA-314 as the first USMC F35 C squadron, working on a total of 12 aircraft and maintaining the avionics side. This resulted in multiple successful operational exercises and deployments.As a Avionics CDQAR, oversaw and verified all software loads for VMFA-314 for the past 4 years, ensuring that all 12 jets were properly configured and personally performed the follow-on operational checks as well.Trained over 100 Marines to be qualified to operate the Integrated Power Package as well as over 20 Marines to be a Low Power Turn operators.Awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal during my time while deployed on the U.S.S Abraham Lincoln.

Maintained 16 F35 B during VMFA 121’s transitional period when we moved from MCAS Yuma to MCAS Iwakuni.Received two Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medals during this period.
