• As part of the Finance Data Management Team supporting the automation of reconciliation and controls, data governance and data certification across Freddie Mac my responsibilities include:
• Leading project activates (All SDLC/EDM Phases), facilitating meetings, and driving adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans and performance requirements.
• Collaborating with key business and IT partners, both internal and external, across multiple divisions
• Completing High-level project management and analysis duties as well as performing detailed analysis to resolve process and data issues.

Responsible for the management of a portfolio of significant projects (e.g., strategic change management, new business and product initiatives, process re-engineering, establishment of control procedures) within this Infrastructure area. Has oversight of the purpose, status, and plans of all projects within the portfolio as well as cross -project.
