At the State Archival Service of Ukraine, I lead the digital transformation department that drives the IT transformation and digital innovation initiatives for the nation's historical and cultural heritage. I am responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, project management, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership of the department, as well as ensuring the alignment of the IT vision and goals with the organizational mission and values.With my core competencies in digital transformation, digital innovation, IT transformation, and related skills, I have successfully delivered multiple projects that enhance the preservation and accessibility of the archival records and materials, such as the development of a digital repository, the implementation of a cloud-based platform. I am passionate about applying my skills and knowledge to advance the digital transformation of the public sector and the society, and to preserve and share the rich and diverse history and culture of Ukraine.
