1) Maintaining the full cycle of work of the tender department: searching, analyzing the feasibility of participation, collecting the necessary documentation, preparing the terms of reference, submitting the application, communicating with the customer, preparing and signing the contract.2) Reporting on the results of the department's work: weekly, monthly.

1) Organization of the tender department: creation of a personal account in the Unified Information System, obtaining EDS, registration on popular ETPs, analysis of existing aggregators for procurement search and further implementation in the work of the department.2) Assisting in the preparation of technical specifications for participation in tender procedures: communication with the involved departments, cost calculation, communication with the customer if necessary.3) Maintain the official website and social networks: VKontakte, Facebook, Instagram.
