- Supervisor support role for 5 staff - ensure guidelines are satisfied for all Programs policies and procedures.
- Maintain and manage Federal rules and regulations for funded contracts. Determine household income compensation.
- Homeownership: Choose to Own program- Interview client, review documentation, and prepare for submission to fund.
- Veteran programs: Utilize reports to trouble-shoot and identify regulatory violations, assist with compliance issues; use discretionary judgments based on guidelines, open communications, and confidentiality.
- Provide technical and administrative direction to program regulations.
