Since the age of 16 one of my first jobs were working for a company called Resorts USA I sold membership and tried to persuade customers to come in and receive our pitch with a sweepstakes for them to win whatever year that was, Chevy Blazer. And during that time I was one of the top three salesman until the company eventually folded. Since then I've worked for practically every fast food restaurant from Mcdonald's to Long John Silver&AW at which point I was always placed either in drive thru or at the front to handle and attend customers. I've worked in call centers that involved AT&T as well as the California Department of Unemployment also known as EDD, Which I did from home and I've also worked from home conducting surveys. Customer service is where I thrive in excel and I've only gotten better at however, This is because I'm very outgoing I love interacting with people and generally taking any opportunity to make someone a day better I just offering a smile. I'm also fit and I also have Warehouse experience which I've also excel to they lead where I oversaw 60 plus employees 50% of which did not speak english but with patience and proper engagements, I was able to make it work. So I guess what I'm trying to say is I'm no stranger to labor however I would be better utilized from a customer service standpoint. I have a computer background from McCann School of Business and Technology for Network Administration so I would say I'm quite tech savvy as well. Bad decisions that I made in my personal life in the past has made it very difficult for me to obtain a job even though I know I'm perfectly skilled for it would be great at it however getting companies to overlook my background and give me a chance has been a struggle. I'm not a violent person, I am not an angry person, I am not a mean person. In fact I am the complete opposite of those characteristics. But some of the charges in my background would suggests otherwise because of the definition of the charges but not to the nature of the events that day 6 years ago now. I'm someone who believes in integrity, honesty, and just doing the right thing whenever the opportunity is it presented. Whether someone looking or not. I just hope that someone would utilize my talents and allow me an opportunity to make away from myself for a successful future. Thank you.
