Factory Operations Manager for the Seapower Capability Center in Portsmouth, RI with leadership responsibility for electro-mechanical assembly, test, and sell off of underwater defense hardware major end items and spares/repairs. Direct responsibility for 65+ represented & salaried employees and indirect management of 25+ support staff (Manufacturing & Test Engineering, Mission Assurance, & Finance).

The Mission Assurance, Quality, & Six Sigma (MAQS) Lead is responsible to represent the customer’s best interests, assuring product quality and effectiveness throughout the product life cycle from design through post delivery support. The MAQS Lead is the interface to the program for Mission Assurance and will drive overall quality performance within the business unit. Helps to ensure programs meet customer/end user objectives for Mission Assurance and ensure NoDoubtTM expectations. Works closely with other Quality functions and Cross Business Teams (CBTs) and Integrated Business Teams (IBTs), to affect rapid closure of issues utilizing analytical capabilities and communications skills. Executes in a Results Based Culture using analytical methods and statistical techniques for continuous improvement.
