Yet more often than not no one has shown them how to do that in a repeatable and sustainable manner. I work with athletes to show them that not only do they have the power to choose, we work together to see what that actually looks like for them. From mindset to decision-making to confidence to "in-the-moment" stress we cover down on tools and exercises designed to be actionable and repeatable. For high school and college athletic programs we provide collaborative student-athlete development programming offering services in multiple modalities (determined by client needs). This could be a one-time keynote or season long program. WHERE I’VE BEENI have been the parent of two student-athletes (youth, juniors, travel, D1 and D3) for over a decade.I have coached and been coached. I have failed and been failed. I have succeeded, and more importantly I have celebrated others success. I bring to bear over 29 years of service to the federal government, as a professional Coach, a U.S. Navy Command Master Chief and Professor of Naval Ethics and Leadership; I've has civilian jobs, a government employee and a gov't contractor. This practical experience is bolstered by formal and informal training and education in mental performance, leadership, and life coaching.WHERE I AM NOWI find myself uniquely positioned to serve my client's in the way they need to be served.My keynote is titled "The Power to Choose".
