Over the last 20 years (primarily in Europe), I have been in “entrepreneurial” roles at ICICI Bank – setting up the German branch, managing Europe-wide back office operations and later heading the pan-European retail banking business initiative. Presently, part of a growing fintech Expatrio, responsible for the South Asia market, creating a financial ecosystem for Germany-bound students and skilled migrants.  Key Accomplishments:# Laid down the strategy for ICICI Bank Germany for Retail, wholesale remittances and Trade business and designed digital ecosystems around the same# Engage with regulators, local authorities, and consultants and represent the bank as a speaker and panelist in various external forums# Partnered with startups, tech firms, and Fintechs, explored business opportunities and designed tailor-made solutions# Executed large technology projects, increasing operational efficiency with an industry-leading cost-to-income ratio# Established offshore and nearshore delivery models, maximizing outsourcing of noncritical roles
