Professional Women’s Group (PWG): PWG helps women achieve their full potential in the workplace. Exposure to various aspects of professional workplace practices strengthen employment and advancement opportunities which aids in the transition from unemployment to corporate culture. In a supportive environment, PWG offers women the opportunity to connect with peers and expand their network to include established women professionals within the community. Women2Women Mentoring (W2W), a 6-month mentorship program, is an expression of Dress for Success Columbus overall mission to help women build a network of support and provide career development tools. W2W is aimed at benefiting both mentor and mentee by fostering a safe and supportive environment where participants can question and reflect upon their professional choices as they relate to developing a career.
