Supply Chain Engagement Manager
Scoping projects to include project deliverables, objectives, milestones, work streams, work stream owners and internal, supplier and client stakeholdersAssisted creation of SharePoint database for team, ensuring all data was uploaded successfully and training team Design and manage all supplier related communicationsIdentify new additional suppliers that may be required as part of the engagement project, based upon selecting suppliers that have capability to supplyContractual negotiation and engagementEnsure that projects progress smoothly and according to the project deliverables, objectives and milestonesDefine and co-ordinate the activities of the project and provide accurate updates to all stakeholders (Project team, account directors and onsite teams) throughout the project lifecycleIdentify project risks and take appropriate steps to escalate or mitigate, with support as necessaryManage all supplier issues / variation requests through to resolution or supplier removalLiaise with ‘Supply Chain Contract Manager’ in relation to all main client agreement and TPA amendments that may be requiredAudit all required documentation ensuring 100% contractual complianceEnsure transition from project to Business As Usual is managed effectively and that all necessary BAU engagement tools, requirements and processes are implemented and communicated to all stakeholdersProvide input into HCS and HBC for detail required in tenders and bids and provide project expertise at sales meetings / presentations
