As the owner of a post-production company I am responsible for various duties such as managing projects, finding and meeting with clients, and sharing my expertise with other team members. Through my experience, I gained valuable insights into the hiring process and the importance of selecting employees who can solve business problems, add value to the business, and scale it.In this role, I was the intermediary between clients and editors, ensuring that projects were delivered on time and to the highest standards. I was also responsible for quality control, writing edits and changes, and calculating and paying salaries. I had the privilege of working with clients such as professional players and coaches in the NFL, which allowed me to exceed their expectations and deliver visually stunning videos.With over a decade of experience in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects programs, I possess the technical skills and expertise to create innovative and visually compelling videos.
