Within 15 months, the company grew to over 100 full-time employees, 700 seasonal employees, and 4,000 tutors in California and New York. 1 On 1 raised $11M+ in capital and generated almost $30M in revenues in its first two years of business. Its rapid growth was fueled by its proprietary web-based tutor management & CRM platform that automated and streamlined company operations across all business functions. Sold the company's technology platform and assets to one of the nation's largest education companies.
