As a Design Team Lead I am responsible for coordination and execution of the engineering and technical aspects of all Securities and Wealth Management infrastructure projects. Provide engineering support across the BOA enterprise footprint, evaluate and provide engineering solutions and recommendations on a variety of infrastructure components for a global and multi-nation infrastructure , such as network load balancing, web hosting , network security, checkpoint firewalls , vulnerability analysis and well as packet analysis. Work as a subject matter expert in the areas of Linux administration and security, web hosting, load balancing , DR and virtualization technologies. Manage and execute the technical requirements and design work on all infrastructure project. Utilize SharePoint for document storage and Team collaboration. I serve as and manage all ET&D Subject Matter Experts for security, networking infrastructure as well as system asset procurement and installation. Some of my responsibilities were as follows, manage design resources and ensure project deliverables according to corporate guidelines, completion of ET&D technical requirements and design, accountability for the cost estimations provided by other ET&D teams in the areas of hardware, storage, and hosting. Utilization of DRAs and PDAs (Reference Architectures) in building infrastructures, coordinate/Lead design meetings as required, escalate design issues to executive management. Have managed a team of Five plus employees.

Utilized subject matter knowledge to guide and assist project teams in planning, implementation as well as improvement of project initiatives in a diverse and dynamic enterprise environment. Most of our projects were multi-million dollar projects to solve complex security related initiatives within the financial fortune 500 business.
