Councilmember Doreen Caudell (Seat 2) Caudell ran unopposed for her City Council seat, taking office in February, 2012 & again unopposed in 2016. In addition to serving on Clearwater City Council, Caudell serves on TBATA, TMA, MPO, PPC, MPOAC, CCC, DDB, & Clearwater Arts Alliance Caudell previously served on the Clearwater Community Development Board for 6 years, and is active on the Clearwater Jazz Holiday/Ruth Eckerd Hall Education Board. She also serves on the Executive Board of Lighthouse of Pinellas, Youth Leadership Pinellas Board, UPARC, and Advocare Trust Executive Board Financial and Advisory Committee. She is a Board member of the Clearwater Chamber of Commerce.
