David has implemented and/or expanded continuous improvement programs including Lean manufacturing, structural reorganizations, targeted cost cutting, and revenue expansion to drive margins and revenue growth. After a significant acquisition of a publicly traded company, David led the acquisition integration program delivering $78M in financial improvement through synergies. With a philosophy that strong safety performance equates to employee engagement, continuous improvement, and ultimately profitability, Mr. Mariner has improved performance on all fronts in every organization he has led.
