Daar Engineering - Wisconsin Department of Transportation, Federal Rail Authority (FRA) – High-Speed Intercity Passenger Rail (HSIPR) Program, Milwaukee, WI (July 2010 – present) - $810 millionProject Manager: Create and maintain a master program schedule using Primavera P6 for the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funded program to design and construction a High Speed Rail line between Milwaukee and Madison Wisconsin. The cost loaded schedule combines the design and construction schedules for rail Infrastructure and Equipment. The components include; 4 Stations, 85 mile rail corridor, Maintenance facilities, and Train set manufacturing.

Schedule Manager: Provided program and project-level schedule management and control for DWM Design and Construction projects which include Automated Meter Reading, Water Main installation/replacement, Facility, and Force Account (new service work). Within this position I oversaw the implementation of all schedule related procedures including, WBS and project creation, report development, presentation of the program summary schedule, and general schedule maintenance for 25,000 tasks. Was directly responsible for the preparation of all schedule related analyses and reporting and the training of joint venture staff on Primavera P6 software (Client, Web, and Time sheet modules).

Earth Tech / Waste Management/ Waste Management International (Italy)The first three years of my career at Waste Management I was the lead for a team of 3 technicians which ran volumetric studies on ten landfills throughout the Eastern part of the United States. At each of the ten sites I lead the team in the construction of the temporary gas extraction system, which included; QA/QC of the gas extraction well drilling and installation, the construction of the HDPE collection pipe (heat welded HDPE pipe from 2 to 10 inch dia.), set up of the Caterpillar engine and blower and flaring system. The test was a three month 24/7 operation in which a technician, every four hours, would take pressure reading at up to 75 well points and gas flow measurements at up seven meter runs. Also, at four hour intervals landfill gas samples were retrieved from 8 sample points and analyzed, on site, by the technician utilizing a Hewlett Packard 5890A Gas Chromatograph and Integrator which was housed in a mobile lab. The next phase of my career involved assisting in the startup of 6 Waste Management owed Landfill gas to electric facilities. Additionally, I operated, troubleshot, and repaired Daniels 500 Gas Chromatographs, Chart recorders, and Flow meters. The following phase of my career included design, construction QA/QC, troubleshooting, and Project Management and Project Control.Listed below are representative projects that I was responsible for while serving as a Project Manager at Waste Management/Earth Tech. Additionally, I had general oversight and reporting for all projects in the Solid Waste Group of the Oak Brook Engineering office. I was responsible for tracking the engineering staff resource load utilizing scheduling Primavera P3 and Excel.
