As volunteer HR Intern, I am driving successful recruitment process by developing job descriptions, advertising job openings on job boards and social media, resulting in over 2000 applicants within two weeks, and screening applications. Additionally, I am assisting in coordinating interviews, maintaining confidential employee data, and collaborating with the Lead Consultant to ensure seamless hiring processes.

With this position, I was able to engage students in both academic and extracurricular activities and also offer assistance with planning successful events and meetings in the organization.I provided advice and introduced a method of onboarding staff into the academy which helped to improve retention and reduce turnover.Also, I demonstrated communication and customer service skills by attending to the students' guardians to foster a cordial relationship between the academy and its clients.
