IT department management, software development process reorganization.• Introduced a formal approach for requirement gathering (UML based), issues management (JIRA), testing and documentation procedures, resulting a more predictable software development process.• Optimized and fine-tuned the main database, reduced calculation time from 4-6 hours to 2-3 minutes.

IT infrastructure and software development management• Created and deployed the common reporting platform (finances, credit insurance, sales). IT Infrastructure management, LoB software development, PB.PL portal development• Created and successfully managed the network and back-end IT infrastructure. Successfully implemented BCP/DRP, allowing the non-interrupted production of the newspaper in every condition (newspaper was able to be produced despite a 10 hour blackout). • Planned and supervised the implementation of CMS and Integration Platform for the pb.pl portal (first implementation of MS BizTalk 2004 in Poland, Hewlett Packard and DCS as external contractors)• Planned and implemented the software for telesales department (100+ agents, 6 branches).
