When I first started working in recruitment, I immediately loved the competitiveness of the industry and the ability to launch or progress someone's career.After a few years in recruitment, I relocated up North and pursued a career in the sales industry.However, recruitment has always been my passion so I was excited when I discovered an opportunity to join Spencer Clarke Group. We’re so committed to ‘thinking outside the box’ that we have it plastered across our office wall in big neon letters!My role entails working with Matt and Liam, to service our current clients as well as developing new business.On a day to day basis, I help secondary schools across East Lancashire with their recruitment needs and I’m always looking to expand my current knowledge within the industry and learn new skills. I love developing relationships with clients and contractors and building a positive rapport - it’s very important to me!Outside of work, you’ll find me either binge-watching short series' or at the gym (it usually takes some persuasion for me to get there though). I also spend a lot of time with my dog out in the park or snuggled up on the sofa!
