My work relates to the assignment and assumption of leases, going out of business sales, the purchase of assets, proof of claim preparation, defense of objections to claims, including administrative expense claims, and the defense of pre-petition preference claims.I work as an integral part of a multi-faceted team which reviews, negotiates, and drafts purchase and sale, lease, loan, construction, and other real estate documents.
