Oversee and lead daily dispatch and transportation operations for wholesale grocery delivery.

Oversee branch fleet and facilities maintenance program. Track equipment, oversee preventative maintenance and manage corrective repairs for over 100+ pieces of equipment including cranes, heavy haul trailers, fleet vehicles and other specialty equipment. Dispatch and coordinate work for mechanics and equipment operators. Procure and manage inventory of parts for entire fleet.

Manage a team of five people while implementing and leading the operational side of Campus Outreach Houston.Assisted the Regional Director in the initial start-up of Campus Outreach Houston, including office management and operational structure for a staff of 25 people. Planned and directed inaugural New Years Conference in Austin, Texas in 2016. This annual conference grew in 2017 to have a budget of $90,000 and over 500 people attending. Negotiated the $60,000 contract for the event. Worked on planning team for previous conferences in Chattanooga, TN in 2014 and 2015 with 1500 people attending.Created website, annual reports, Bible studies, and other communications tools. Developed style guide, created videos for recruitment and organizational updates for COH.Member of the Leadership team, helping plan and impliment overall vision and direction for the Campus Outreach Houston.Created donor management system for organization which handles monthly giving from over 600 constituents.Personally raised over $350,000 in funds during entire time with Campus Outreach. Also worked with Director in developing annual fundraising plan of $500,000 for organizational funds.
