During the economic wasteland of 2009/10, a dear friend referred me to a short term assignment in residential rehab construction in a nationwide operation with distressed real estate. I put my construction knowledge and organization sills to work as I managed CM group within the rehab department, wrote asset processing procedures, department processed approx 200 properties/month with approx 40 day processing cycle.
