Delaware North – West Yellowstone, MT Responsible for recruiting/coordinating screening, selection, onboarding, assisted prepare weekly payroll for over 800 employees and accurate delivery. Serve as liaison between employees and corporate HR, by processing and responding to all customer questions, concerns, and complaints to ensure the highest level of quality control and affirmations are met.

Began as an HR Payroll/Benefits Analyst/Management Consultant. Served as expert for payroll and benefits for over 3,700 multiple union employees, sorting miscellaneous pays, monthly FMLA leaves, attendance matters, and performance management Trouble-shooting all benefits and payroll issues for division/department staff assigned. Ensured compliance with the overall objectives and service quality. Research and analyze advanced payroll transactions to resolve discrepancies/issues within scope of assignment or as assigned by management. As a classification and pay analyst, I served as a department representative at Administrative Law hearings for the State of California in all disciplinary matters. Once promoted to manager, assisted executive staff with budgeting models, supervised twelve staff directly by coordinating day to day activities, ensuring compliance with the overall objectives and service quality of our unit. Document all supporting payroll transactions in compliance with applicable policies, regulations and laws. Oversaw all division facilities, telecom and equipment, and purchasing transactions. Acted as liaison with various executive internal and external stakeholders ensuring business transactions were processed and completed. Worked with executive management for structural organizational needs and provided consultation on position allocations and needs.

(Payroll and Benefits Section- Human Resources Branch)Manage and process, monthly payroll through HRIS and OASIS (including Time and Attendance, payroll reconciliations, journal entries and balance auditing). Manage and maintain schedules and reconciliations over employee benefits (ex. HSA, FSA, etc.) and 401K for deductions, reimbursements and employee vs employer contributions etc., as well as reporting initial Workers Compensation data. Assisted with wage garnishment process and quarterly/year-end tax process including tax adjustments, W2 issuance, and 401k reconciliation.
