I’m responsible for designing policies, overseeing client and customer service, and implementing technology solutions. I partake in negotiations, budgeting, and purchasing. I help the team develop long-term operational strategies by working closely with the entire management and training team to meet company objectives.

My mission is to develop agents and team leaders into becoming expert real estate Virtual Assistants and future Composite leaders. I also help manage and articulate company culture in order to drive customer satisfaction and quality control. I am involved in a multitude of management decisions that include: distributing and delegating work all throughout its members; authoring and discussing with staff performance appraisals; addressing worker performance and corrective action plans; worker motivation and rewards.

Trained and developed newly-hired employees until they were ready to be part of the Operations team. I also lead up-skill trainings for tenured agents to help them reach their targets and become consistent performers.
