My Name is Dale McRill, I am currently employed at faurecia. Faurecia is a model injection factory where we make parts for the big three and many more. We are a gobal company and employed over 10000 people. I started off working the scrap department where I would figure out what was regrindable to reuse for material and the other stuff we would ship out to IRR. On a yearly bases between me and the grinder we save the company over 100,000 dollars a year. That was just a small part of my job i learned many things working on 1st shift until i received a promotion and was switched to third shift as a maintenance worker. Where now I am learning many skills using machines, welding, and repairing shop stock. I am going to school at Macomb community college and working towards getting my general business degree, than to transfer to warn community college to obtain my bachelor degree in marketing. I am hoping to enter in to the field before that because there is no experience like hands on experience, and that is how I learn best actual hands on learning. I am always open to any opportunity that gets sent my way and would greatly appreciate any advice also. Thank you for taking the time to review my profile.
