- Clinical Application Management:Supported electronic health record (EHR) functions and interfaces. -Revenue Cycle Management: Managed 5-person team of accounts receivable associates responsible for the reliable performance of the organization’s revenue cycle. The team accounted for a revenue increase of $1.2m from 2007-2009 and maintained a third party payer collections rate of 90% within 30 days of submitting claims.-Process Implementation: Successfully implemented sound third party billing practices while increasing support staff.
