Budget of $32millionMain Responsibilities:- Presenting architectural design solutions to clients in Salt Lake City - Utah and Bangkok, Thailand.- Deliver architecture drawings for the Design Development (DD) and Construction Document (CD) stages according to client´s requirements.- Coordinate the project development with MEP engineering teams in Mexico, Malaysia, Philippines, and the United States- Reviewing and approving Submittals and RFI from site and contractors.Achievements:- Delivered sets of drawings according to schedule and client’s requirements.- Coordinating and proposing solutions with design and engineering teams.- Helped deliver a Conformed Set of plans for the Quito temple, thus our team was hired to collaborate in the LDS Temple for Bacolod, Philippines.

Budget of $24 Million.Main Responsibilities:- Design of floor plan layouts, quantifications, schedules and construction plans using Revit meeting building regulations and Marriott’s Design Standards.- Meeting and coordinating information with suppliers, clients, engineers and international consultants in the United States, Chile and Spain.Achievements:-Managed to progress from a junior position to project manager assistant in less than a year, meeting requirements of increasing responsibilities.
