Manage a team of test engineers and technicians to fully test tolling systems from the build phase all the way through implementation including Stage Testing, Full Scale Testing, UAT Testing and Implementation Testing. Focusing on Quality Assurance, Hardware & Software functionality to ensure proper operation of the entire system before handing over to the customer. Factory Acceptance, Site Acceptance, Commissioning, User Acceptance Testing practices. Manage the process for implementing changes into the production system by way of testing resolutions in testing environments. Develop and oversee implementation of network architecture of tolling systems network as well.

Began as Desktop Support Technician. Moved into Research & Development as a Technical Engineer after 3 months. Helped design and test configurations of new hardware and software products for future release to clients.
