• Taking care of all accounts / Buyers operation and make sure process are implemented accordingly • Communication with current agents for all operational matters • Understanding different SOP’s of Buyers and guide the team to follow 100% accuracy • Online system guidance to the team and troubleshooting with overseas agents / buyer on daily matters which arise• Going thru all shipment files assuring process is followed and implementation of new process to have the operations smooth • Coordinating with CCL / Airport heads for clear operational steps to follow as requested by agents / buyers • Communication with factory operational heads to understand process to followed by different buyer requirements• Correspondence with all airlines for space negotiations / rate fixtures assuring regular volume support • Regular correspondence with different agents for new business and developments • Offering rates for tenders and follow up to secure business • Making sure to get the best profitability from the accounts we are handling. • Monitoring daily shipments that are planned and making sure maximum profitability by maintaining the customer requirements. • Relationship building with shipping lines / airlines / suppliers/ buying offices with regular visits • Follow up on overall shipment movements and escalations with Airlines / correspondence with agents • Following up and monitoring all agent receivables and coordinating with finance for payables and fund management• Approaching local customers to secure new business offering all in logistics services • Having a daily update on all operational activities from the staff to make sure day to day task are completed • Giving solutions for day to day issues on operations / planning • Working with finance / HR/ Admin for operational concerns and requirements • Giving the unit updates to top management as and when required • Reviewing monthly targets on the budget / volumes
