Coming from a corporate background, I understand that life can be challenging and how important for us to regulate our emotions. After over 10 years of working in the corporate sector, I decided to change the wheel of my life to work and journey with people. Hopefully to bring clarity (even a little) to those who need it. Everybody has a story, a story that is real and matters. I will be here to listen to those stories, support those writers, and walk with those writers to create the ending that they need. I also work with couples who want and are ready to write the 2nd or 3rd seasons of their relationship life. Grounded in Positive Psychology and Person Centred, I am looking forward to hearing those stories and journey with you.
