Dustin R. Melzark is founder and CEO of Blue Harmony Homes in Mequon, WI. As a licensed Architect, general contractor, and real estate agent in the state of Wisconsin, Dustin brings a breadth of knowledge and experience to Blue Harmony Homes. His leadership and communication skills have helped him run multi-million dollar projects from conception to completion with ease, but he has also lead the construction and architectural teams at Lakeside Development as President before assuming his current role. Dustin knows the construction industry inside and out from acquiring raw land and developing, guiding clients through the initial planning process, and final punch out and completion of a project. In 2008, he completed his architectural studies by earning a Master of Architecture degree and certificate in Real Estate Development from UWM’s School of Architecture and Urban Planning. Dustin resides with his wife, two children and two dogs in West Bend, WI.
