3 Way Split Project is an experimental framework project which during the period January 2010 to December 2012, will focus on consolidating the relationship at grass roots in the three primary geographical city locations of: - Southend-on-Sea, Essex UK.- Lake Worth, Florida USA- Tri-City Federation of: Gdansk, Gdyna & Sopot, Poland.My role included:- Developed a business proposal for a potential arts and eco festival in Southend. Through several meetings with other potential partners in the project, I created a proposal pertaining to the festival detailing best locations, potential sponsors, people needed to contact and financial predictions.- Helped arrange a conference featuring local councils of Lake Worth, USA and Southend-on-Sea by planning the schedule of the event and helping get guests accommodation. The conference allowed me to meet and learn from the Mayor of Lake Worth and Southend-on-Sea.
