• Managed a team of developers to create over 60 statewide Student Information Systems, while also serving as the primary developer for several key systems developed for the California Department of Education, the San Joaquin District Attorney's Office, the San Joaquin County Office of Education, and other organizations.• Managed User Interface Design, User Experience, and ensured Web Accessibility compliance for all internal SJCOE & CodeStack web and mobile projects, including external statewide and nationwide programs such as EDJOIN, SEIS, BeyondSST, the California School Dashboard, and others.• Led the Creative Direction encompassing Multimedia Production, Brand Management, and Marketing initiatives across various departments, programs, and events including the successful rebrand of the SJCOE, the Teachers College of San Joaquin, CodeStack and the CodeStack Conference.• Collaborated as a member of the Events Management team, contributing to the successful execution of annual statewide and local events, including the CodeStack Conference, the Girls Coding Collaboration, the Women Together International Conference, the Central Valley eSports League, the H20 Hackathon, among others.• Represented the organization at conferences as an exhibitor, effectively promoting and selling our products and services to a broader audience.• Successfully marketed our multimedia services to various departments and districts, resulting in a continuous increase in year-over-year revenue.• Played an integral role in the recruitment process to support the growth of the organization.
