• Layout the precast components before Permit Documents are producedto verify that all items are correct• Aptitude in modeling 3D structures (SolidWorks/StructureWorks)• Model the correct reinforcing and embedded items• Design model based manufacturing documents• Review integrated shop drawings that affect precast• Verify all precast documents issued for production correspond with theArchitectural, Structural, MEPFP, and any other related shop drawings forthe project• Coordinating with Project Development, Architecture, and personalDesign/Project Engineer team(s) to complete tasks by stringent deadlines

Guest Services Host/OJT:∙ Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and interacting with guests, answering questions and resolving guest issues. ∙ Welcome all new hires to the Guest Services Team and introduce them to all of their Asst. Supervisors, Supervisors, and co-workers. ∙ Train new hires on department processes and procedures. Follow-up with new hires to answer any questions and determine understanding and proficiency and provide feedback about new hire’s progress to other on-the-job trainers, Asst. Supervisors, and Supervisors. ∙ Facilitate an organized traffic flow of both guests and their vehicles. ∙ Distribute lockers, gear bags, and wetsuits to guests, ensuring proper fit of swim gear, and monitor, sort, and restock gear/supplies throughout shift.Special Occasions Host:∙ Maintaining Private Cabanas in both service and cleanliness. ∙ Assist with VIP coordination/special events and maintain accounts. ∙ Quickly resolve guest and team member challenges by providing exceptional guest service. ∙Orchestrate project manager duties to include weddings and marriage proposals. ∙ All duties and responsibilities of Guest Services Host/OJT also apply.

Repair/rebuild PC and Macintosh/Apple Laptops, screen repair on iPad, iPhone, and Macbooks∙ Entry level customer service experience∙ Coordination and execution of delivery/pick up of products/supplies for packaging and shipping via FedEx/UPS/USPS
