As a Partner, CFO and Consultant of Triune Health Partners, LLC, a start-up company that delivers innovative support services to physician practices and healthcare systems that increases reimbursement revenues while adding patient centric, outcome driven enhanced services. Firm focus is placed on chronic care wellness support and substance abuse addiction recovery outpatient services. As CFO, responsible for start-up capital solicitation, legal and administrative formation of THP, initial design and implementation of appropriate accounting systems. Also responsible for monthly financial reporting to owner / partners, accounts receivable and collections, accounts payable, payroll and liaison with external CPA firm for tax and audit support. Provided CFO role and senior management for Community Connections, Inc, a large regional non-profit behavioral health organization in Washington, DC. Responsible for the analysis and presentation of financial reports to Senior leaders and the BOD. Provided oversight and administration of the agency’s policies on finance, accounting, investments, internal controls, and auditing and direct oversight and leadership of the fiscal functions of revenue cycle, accounts payable, payroll, banking, cash management, financial reporting and planning. Prior to CCI was founding partner of Synergy Consulting Group, a health care advisory firm, combining financial expertise with a passion for organizational development and change management in delivering needs based solutions to health care client base. Prior to launching Synergy Consulting Group, held various financial leadership positions within a Fortune 500 firm.
