Building, leading and empowering the Data Science, Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing functions at FXCM. Covering a wide range of focuses, including marketing analytics and attribution, customer segmentation, lifetime value, customer propensity, trade pricing and execution analytics across our global operations.

Supported the dealing and liquidity management functions. Built out structure and framework for analyzing and monitoring our pricing and execution areas with the goal of ensuring a high quality of execution for the customer, encompassing special-purpose databases, alerts, dashboards and auditing tools.

Co-founded and built up the System Trading department. Developed internal tools for managing and hosting internal and customer-owned automated trading strategies, a signal service for customers, customer trading analysis, and trading indicators.
