• Responsible for the events' growth and structure in coordination with the Marketing Department.
• Responsible for the development of the directives, policies, event prospectus and other related documents.
• Responsible for the events allocation and communication with potential hosts in coordination with the Competition and Marketing Department,
• Coordination of implementation of the events, from the signage of hosting contracts to the delivery of events.
• Coordination of inspection visits prior the events to ensure that all the necessary requirements are in place and according to the World Tour series directives.

• Manage the entry process.
• Liaise with the Local Organising Committee to ensure the delivery of the competition in the best way following the ITTF rules and regulations.
• Liaise with different groups to prepare the competition schedule ensuring adequate scheduling in relation to all stakeholders – media, television, local organisers requirements, venue rules etc.
• Conduct and coordinate meetings with the Local Organising Committee to ensure that all necessary items are in place and according to the event series directives and ITTF regulations.
• Provide the results service during the event ensuring that they are published in a timely manner on site and online.
