I am an Associate Consultant (Senior Research Analyst) in Clinical Outcome Assessment (COA) at Clarivate. My role consists of conducting and managing research projects, such as patient interviews and literature reviews, to support pharmaceutical companies wanting to select fit-for-purpose COAs for their clinical trials.Prior to this, I completed my PhD in health psychology, titled “Identifying, understanding, and measuring the stressors associated with hospitalisation.” My project aimed to develop and validate a patient-reported outcome measure to assess the in-hospital psychological stress of inpatients, and to examine its impact on patient outcomes - a phenomenon known as post-hospital syndrome. I used a mix of qualitative and quantitative methods, such as interviews, surveys, and statistical analysis using R, to achieve this goal.I am interested in clinical outcomes assessment, psychometrics, and literature reviews, all of which I developed during my internship at Roche, a leading pharmaceutical company.
