I worked as a researcher at SUPER-AMaS (Applied Machine Learning in Health) in collaboration with Samsung-UFAM on the topic "Investigating the relationship between the amino acids of dengue virus proteins and the patient's clinical outcome" using Machine Learning and Deep Learning techniques. As a researcher, I became familiar with various libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, scikit-learn, pandas, matplotlib, and others. During my research period, I completed three courses offered, among them, Introduction to Machine Learning, Introduction to Deep Learning, and Optimization of Deep Models on Hardware-Constrained Devices. At the end of the course, I published an article at the 22nd Brazilian Symposium on Applied Computing in Health (SBCAS 2022).
