People are amazing, and I thrive on discovering and showing people what makes them amazing - I call it their Super Power. Doesn’t it feel wonderful when someone can really see the thing that makes you special? Of course it does! Everyone loves to be seen! Seeing people for their strengths is my Super Power. In my 10+ years of working with people of all walks of life, I have turned a countless number of frustrating interactions into positive experiences by simply allowing myself to see individuals as humans who need to be seen and heard. My personal philosophy is rooted in generous assumptions, which has allowed me to cut through the clutter of a conflict or bad day, and find the source of a problem. I’m sure you know that confronting the problem at the center of a conflict is not always as easy as simply acknowledging that a problem exists. This is where my education comes in. I have a degree in Psychology and Communications from SUNY Potsdam. Since graduating in 2010, I have found countless applications for my degree in everyday life, and in my professional endeavors. Our ability to communicate is what allows us to navigate the world independently. I have years of experience with effectively communicating and finding solutions with individuals at every level of an organization.
