Current• Developed a 737NG landing gear strategic plan, integrating planning from Sales, Finance, Operations, Engineering and Quality.• Produced a series of detailed program optimization forecasts that analyzed revenue, NOP, asset investment and manpower constraints. The purpose of the analysis was to develop a reasonable Able 737 landing gear return on investment plan that achieved the greatest revenue and net operating profit with the least investment.• Lead pricing and proposal development for Able's Special Mission King Air completions capabilities.• Ensure that Able's fastest-moving fixed wing PMA parts continue to be visible to our airline customers.
