I wrote anywhere between 15-20 sports columns per week on timely news stories pertaining to a variety of subjects: Fantasy Football, Fantasy Hockey, Fantasy Baseball, AFC East, New York Islanders, Pittsburgh Penguins, ACC Basketball.

I mostly cover news pertaining to Ole Miss and Mississippi State, but also write columns analyzing the other five teams from the SEC West and breaking down recruiting for the entire SEC.

I cover Ole Miss and Mississippi State football for the Atlanta Journal Constitution's new website dedicated solely to SEC sports coverage, seccountry.com. My daily tasks include pitching story ideas, writing breaking news with speed and accuracy, and monitoring news on the two teams. On Wednesday, I listen in to the SEC teleconference, transcript quotes from the press conference to use in my stories.

I was one of two editors at Motor City Bengals, which is a Fansided website covering the Detroit Tigers. My tasks included producing at least 25 articles per month, managing a team of writers and engaging all the website's work on social media outlets such as Twitter and Facebook.My fellow editor and myself also hosted a weekly podcast called "Tiger Talk". In August of 2015, Rant Sports hired me as their beat writer for the Pittsburgh Pirates. I also covered other timely stories from around Major League Baseball. In my two months, I wrote 48 stories.

As my first job, the Star-Ledger has hired me to be a part-time high school sports reporter. This fall, I cover girls varsity soccer for Union and Morris counties in New Jersey. My responsibilities include attending games, interviewing players and coaches and then writing a story for that game. I also write game summaries for other matches in my two counties and write blogs.
