Review ongoing documentation (i.e. RFI’s, Site Instructions, change notices, etc.) for completeness, content, cost and schedule impacts.• Negotiate and process the change notices/orders.• Review all progress draws and negotiates of all approvals as required.• Participate in safety walks and inspections.• Involved in dispute resolution with the building systems trades.• Coordinate all commissioning and close-out activities including the scheduling of all the Architects, Consultants, Specialized inspections and the final review of the Authorities having jurisdiction to Occupancy & Substantial Completion.• Mentor, coach, supervise and assess performance of Building Systems Coordinators.
