As a CAD Detailer, Drew was responsible for creating and submitting proposals based on job specifications, designing solvent, zoned water, sanitary waste, domestic water, and mechanical distribution systems. These responsibilities developed into being the sole administrator for all CAD Mech (Third party software for Auto-Cad, now named AutoCAD Fabrication) reports, database setup/ modifications, and employee training. The detailing aspect continued in creating fully coordinated 3D shop drawings of inserts, canning, elevations, layout,etc. As well as, creating spool sheets for fabrication, shop, and plot all drawings related to work load assignments.

To facilitate this, my team developed a temporary website while simultaneously building an SEO-optimized website geared towards our target buyer's persona. To support our marketing efforts, we utilize a variety of tools, including SEM Rush, Jasper, Chat GPT, AIPRM, Surfer SEO, and Google Search Console. We use these tools to outline content strategy tailored towards objectives set within the sales team. These strategies create content under targeted keywords and phrases that position ICON BIM as industry experts. My team is also responsible for the development and implementation of our LinkedIn, Facebook, and twitter marketing strategy. The goal of this is to develop our brand and increase exposure to potential clients through social media outlets. • Involved in the development of the Construction Plan of the project.• Design, layout and manage the procurement of temporary utility services such as power, water, gas and storm connections for their inclusion in the construction plan.• Assist the project with schedule development and implementation.• Develop in conjunction with the PCL Team a Scope of Work document and tender package for the Building Systems trades.• Negotiate and enforce subcontracts, and major purchase orders of building systems materials.• Initiate and review building systems coordination and shop drawings.• Chair all meetings related to coordination of building systems, design meetings as required and commissioning.• Attend meetings with management, owners, architects and consultants.• Participate in proposals and presentations as well as design build proposals.• Coordinate and monitor the activity of the building systems trades and will implement quality control programs as required.• Act as a liaison or manage the consultant and sub-trades. Review ongoing documentation (i.e. RFI’s, Site Instructions, change notices, etc.) for completeness, content, cost and schedule impacts.• Negotiate and process the change notices/orders.• Review all progress draws and negotiates of all approvals as required.• Participate in safety walks and inspections.• Involved in dispute resolution with the building systems trades.• Coordinate all commissioning and close-out activities including the scheduling of all the Architects, Consultants, Specialized inspections and the final review of the Authorities having jurisdiction to Occupancy & Substantial Completion.• Mentor, coach, supervise and assess performance of Building Systems Coordinators.
