  I began working for this organization when I was a junior in high school. I was able to continue working here while I earned a bachelor's and master's degree. As my education level progressed, I was given more opportunities and responsibilities. However, as of now, my duties as comparable to that of an administrative assistant. Although, as an intern, I am required to move around and perform various tasks in different capacities as needed. For instance, if someone needs a particular assignment completed, I would assist them. So, at times, my day to day duties could greatly vary. However, if I am not actively assigned to work with someone else, I have several tasks that I am expected to carry out. I am often tasked with helping to maintain files, data, and documents pertaining to the Automated Universal Report System and the Uniform Arrest Ticket System. Moreover, I help to plain multiple activities, process weight violations, receipts, deposit slips, shift recap reports, warrants, fines, uniform arrest tickets, and access other documents as needed. This means that I have to help maintain the Enforcement Division’s files and record system. In addition, I retrieve and file paperwork and other important documents for the officers.
