Referred to as the Jamie Oliver of Noosa due to my multi award winning work in healthy school cuisine, my passion is with Meals, muscles and movement. I have experience in many industries. Initially with an interest in hospitality, I completed a Hotel Management degree on the Gold Coast. After finishing this degree and a trade qualification as a chef, I began work in various establishments on the East Coast of Australia from Noosa to Tasmania as an Executive chef, ensuring effective systems and processes produced effective profits. With a love of sports and lifestyle interest in martial arts, I started sales and marketing in the sports equipment manufacturing, wholesale and retail. I also completed a degree in Sports Instruction with a martial art major and owner operated several PT, gyms and Kick boxing businesses.After an invitation by the Chinese Government to live and train with the famous Shaolin Monks, I came back from China with a desire to chef again. This time with a passion for combining healthy foods with healthy lifestyles and with 5 daughters, I developed an understanding of family food on a budget and changed the way canteens operated in Queensland.
