ProcurementAssist in the procurement of goods with the support of the Logistics Manager.Identification of suppliers and collect quotations according to the activities needs.Reception of goods and materials.Ensure all procurement procedures are followed for each purchase handled.Ensure the relevant trackers are updated.Management of the EquipmentEnsure the setting up and the maintenance of the equipment.Ensure the correct affectation of equipment according to donors rules and regulation.Monitor the additional equipment required and advise on the purchase.Identification, registration in the equipment follow up and labeling of all the equipment.Ensure an accurate and regular equipment follow up.Ensure adequate and required equipment/furniture are in place and functioning.Ensure follow up and supply of office supplies.Ensure to notify in advance for any maintenance and repairs needs.Stock ManagementEnsure the flow of entries and releases is organized according to the needs.Update and share the monthly stock inventory.Ensure that all stock related documentation is complete and accurate.Support with distribution of goods to beneficiaries when/if needed.Adhere strictly to Tdh and country security rules.Participate in the elaboration and updating of the country security plan and guidelines.
