I am a project manager for Technical Solutions Engineering Inc. We are an Ottawa based engineering firm. Our goal is to be market leaders with driving, innovative ideas. Working closely with clients, we design & manufacture custom power supplies / power systems, LED’s, and provide electronic encapsulation service.

My current project is related to Information Technology. I consult in the operations of a client's Portal Solution (encompassing numerous Internet applications), which Deloitte built using brand new Oracle software. Due to the novelty of the technology, technical issues sometime occur. Once the problem is isolated, I will either troubleshoot, suggest ways to work around such issues, or engage our senior technicians for a solution.When clients require guidance on how to best utilize the application's available features, I advise on how to optimally meet their needs.I monitor all ongoing internal and client system work - so whenever conflicting arrangements arise, I will collaborate with the parties involved to reschedule lower priority work, while ensuring the higher priority work proceeds. Most important, however, my duty is to advance overall client satisfaction, which I do exceptionally by having in-depth system knowledge, being sincerely customer focused, and meeting client expectations & deadlines.
